Et le jour est enfin arriv\u00e9! Le 4 juin 2017, Kim et moi avons fait notre premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e d’apn\u00e9e dans le Pacifique. Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de deux semaines avec la formidable \u00e9quipe de Freedive Utila, nous avons rassembl\u00e9 le mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaire et nous avons finalement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 trouver une journ\u00e9e pour tout mettre en pratique.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Rub\u00e9n, notre capitaine, et son fr\u00e8re Melvin qui l’assistaient, nous ont trouv\u00e9 un site id\u00e9al pour poser la ligne, retenir notre souffle et plonger dans les profondeurs. Nous avons \u00e9taient chanceuse, Camilo nous a accompagn\u00e9s avec son \u00e9quipement et a pris une magnifique vid\u00e9o de nos plong\u00e9es. Et, comme si le fait d’\u00eatre l\u00e0 n’\u00e9tait pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisant, deux magiques raies cendr\u00e9es sont pass\u00e9es quand j’atteignais les poids sur une de mes immersion. Un cadeau magnifique cadeau de l’oc\u00e9an pour mon anniversaire!<\/p>\n

Nous sommes impatiente de commencer \u00e0 faire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des sessions d\u2019entra\u00eenement et \u00e0 commencer \u00e0 enseigner ce cours incroyable (\u00e0 partir de la mi-juillet) pour tous ceux qui veulent aussi exp\u00e9rimenter ce type de plong\u00e9e tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n
